If your billing address details are incorrect, we will not be able to process your payment request.

If your delivery address details (where they are different from your billing address) are not entered correctly, OpozO Limited will not be held responsible for delivery of your purchase(s) to an incorrect address.

When selecting Post and Packing delivery options (where available) please ensure they are suitable for you. Some OpozO products may require you to be present to accept delivery. OpozO Limited will not be held liable for failure to deliver where you are not present when delivery is attempted.

OpozO Limited accepts no liability for damage caused to your purchase during the delivery process where the damage is caused by the shipping or postal agent. If you are unhappy that your product has been damaged during the shipping process, please contact the shipper directly. Please also notify us at customerservices@opozo.net quoting your Payment Reference and Purchase Date. We aim to only use the services of professional shipping and postal agents.
